官方发布菜名英译标准 --100菜名汉译英

  --北京市外办和市民讲外语办公室联合出版的《美食译苑——中文菜单英文译法》,为2158道中餐饭菜正名,四喜丸子再也不是“四个高兴的丸子 Four glad meat balls”了。
